BOC To Build First Carbon Dioxide Plant In New York
BOC Group announced it will build a 600 ton per day carbon dioxide plant in Volney, New York, at the Permolex International/NEB ethanol plant. The plant is expected to begin operating in December 2007. Read more

UPS And Pilots Announce New Contract
While UPS Freight faces negotiations with the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, the freight and logistics company has signed at least one labor agreement. The Independent Pilots Association and UPS Airlines said it had reached a tentative agreement. Read more

More Equipment Ordered For Technocast Project
Wheelabrator Group will supply five blast-cleaning machines to the new Technocast foundry in Ramos Arizpe, Mexico, a joint venture of Caterpillar Inc. and Cifunsa. It will produce 90,000 metric tons/year of engine blocks and cylinder heads. Read more
