Viastore Systems To Provide AS/RS To Lockheed Martin In Orlando
Lockheed Martin selected Viastore Systems (Grand Rapids, Mich.), a supplier of automated material handling and supply chain execution software, to provide an automated storage retrieval system (AS/RS) for the expansion of its engineering and production facility in Orlando, Fla. Viastore Systems will manufacture and install a three-aisle, mini-load automated storage retrieval system using via speed storage/retrieval machines to support a kitting operation prior to manufacturing.
