Court Affirms Kaiser Aluminum Reorganization Plan
A federal district court has affirmed the U.S. Bankruptcy court's previous confirmation of the Kaiser Aluminum reorganization plan, and the aluminum producer expects to emerge from more than four years of creditor protection by early July. "We are now approaching the finish line of a long and complex process," Kaiser president/CEO Jack Hockema stated. New System Speeds Up Border Crossings In Texas And New Mexico
U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has installed the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) trade processing system in two border states -- Texas and New Mexico.
